School Circus Skills

On the 22nd of September St Nathy’s hosted a Circus Skills Workshop for TY’s and EAL students. The fun started at 9.05am and ended at 3.55pm. There were lots of activities everything from skipping, hula hooping, juggling, plate spinning and the diablo. It may look easy but some of these skills were very difficult to master but despite the difficulty the students had great fun trying.

After lunch there was rope jumping and keepy up skills. There was a bit of healthy competition and  it was  the girl’s team of Nikita, Allanah and Sinead who won.  When the rope competition was finished, it was onto a keepy up challenge and it was Billy who came out as the champion of this event.

After lunch, there was some acting with roleplaying, dancing and the final activity of the day, some football.

An action packed and fun filled day of activities. Thanks to Konor for providing the students with such entertainment.
