Our trip to Galway with the German Students
On Monday, the 31st of March we went to Galway with the German exchange students. We left Ballaghaderreen at 8:30 and arrived at 10:30. First we went to NUIG, and Mr.OāSuilleabhain gave us a tour of the college and a brief history about it. Everyone found the tour very interesting:Ā including the German students and some people had said they would love to go there.
At 11:45 we walked from the college to Eyre Square. Mr. OāSuilelabhain gave us the brief history of buildings we passed on our walk. When we got to Eyre Square everyone split up and we went shopping until 2:45. On our way home we stopped off in Cong and visited Ashford Castle and went on a nature walk around the village. Everyone enjoyed the day.
