2^nd year Business students had a clean sweep at the recent student enterprise awards in the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon on the 14^th March. The ‘Sustainable Sophie’s’ were runners up in the Intermediate category. ‘Ultra Hydration’ won a special prize for Innovation. Triplets Dean, Olivia and Rachel Beirne came 1^st place in the Intermediate category with their business ‘Chopping Away’ and will go forward to represent Roscommon in the National Student Enterprise Finals in Croke Park on 5^th May – we wish them the very best of luck.
