Well done to the under 14 girls’ team who defeated Ballinamore Community School, Leitrim on Friday March 22nd. After a nervy start the girls got a few scores on the board with two goals each from Eabha Mae Keating and Grace Henry which settled the team. A very solid defence being directed by Méabh Lavin in goals kept the opposition to two points in the first half. Scores were hard to come by in the second half for both teams, but Nathy’s came out victorious in the end on a score line of 6-7 to 1-3.  The team will now face Davitt College, Castlebar in the Connacht semi final.
