Pool Tournment
Over the past week, there has been great excitement at lunchtime as students took part in a pool tournament. The starting 32 students were whittled down to the final 4, Anna-Mai, Kevin, Gerard, and Joseph. After Anna-Mai and Joseph lost out in the two semi-finals it was an all 5th year final between Gerard and Kevin. Gerard made a very good start and it looked like it was all over but Kevin made a great comeback and in the end it was very close with Gerard emerging victorious. In the 3rd place playoff between Joseph & Anna-Mai it again was a close contest where an unlucky potting of the black ball by Anna-Mai meant Joseph secured 3rd place.
Gerard, Kevin, and Joseph were presented with their prizes by Mr Dolan.
