Leah O’Connor plays Jenny Elliot, wife of Jackie and mother to Tony and Billie.
What three words describe your character?
Maternal, determined and loving.
What is your favourite song and why?
“Scarborough” because it really captures a couple trying to reassure one another in the face of bad news.
What is your favourite line?
“Always remember to be yourself”
We are sure that Leah will not mind if we hijack her post to remind everyone of the slight change of DATES for the musical.
Due to the success of our Senior Boys’ Squad yesterday in UL and the fact that they have only gone and earned themselves a place in an ALL IRELAND FINAL in two week’s time, we are moving the Saturday night’s production to Wednesday to be fair to the cohort of the TY who are in both the musical and the All Ireland.
Thus, you will all get to see “Billie” a whole day earlier! Show dates are now Wed. 11th, Thurs. 12th & Fri. 13th of March.
