The DEIS Gaeltachta Scholarship Scheme provides students attending DEIS post-primary schools with an opportunity to attend an approved Gaeltacht summer course with substantial financial support.
Key Details of the Scheme

A student must have booked a place on a Gaeltacht course to apply as proof of booking is required to submit an application.
- 3-week course: Up to €950 or 85% of the course fee, whichever is less.
- 2-week course: Up to €820 or 85% of the course fee, whichever is less.
