Cathedral Folk Group on RTE

St Nathy’s 5th Year and former TY student, Aoibheann Maloney and Mrs. O’ Brien, both members of the Cathedral Folk Group, performed live at Sunday Mass in RTÉ studios, October 10th last. The folk group have played at several major liturgical events and this mass coincided with the 50th Anniversary of the death of Seán Ó Riada. The group played two contributions from his musical collection, Ag Críóst an Síól and Mná na hÉireann. The mass can be viewed on RTÉ player
