TY Students Enjoy a Festive Day Out Ice-Skating in Sligo!
On Monday, our Transition Year students headed to Sligo for a day packed with Christmas fun. First stop was Sligo on Ice, where they swapped shoes for skates and took to the rink. While there were a few wobbly starts, it wasn’t long before most were gliding confidently across the ice—though some were happy to accept a helping hand from the friendly polar bears!
After an hour of skating, laughter, and plenty of photo opportunities, students rounded off the trip with some last-minute Christmas shopping in town. It was a wonderful way to kick off the last week of school.
